JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general supervision of DC, serves as clerk, messenger, projector and sound system operator; in-charge of photocopying of documents, packaging of instructional materials, and preparation of training supplies and materials.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Operates and maintains equipment such as microphones, projector, lighting and sound mixing equipment in SWADCAP;

2.     Packages, organizes, or binds training related materials, documents, and other references;

3.     Prepares training supplies and materials;

4.     Receives or sends documents, communication, or packages to offices in DSWD Central Office and other organizations;

5.     Photocopies documents of the learning facility (SWADCAP), e.g. instructional materials and handouts needed in the activities; and

6.     Performs other related tasks.

Job Outputs:

1.     Photocopies of relevant documents

2.     Sorted/packaged learning materials and documents

3.     Delivered documents, communication, or packages to various offices in DSWD Central Office

4.     Maintained projector, microphones, sound system, photocopier, and other equipment; and

5.     Prepared/organized training supplies and materials
