CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience       : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training            :  Eight (8) hours of relevant training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology or any Information and Communications Technology-Related Course
Experience       : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training            : Eight (8) hours of relevant training, professional certification is an advantage
Eligibility           : CS Professional/Second level Eligibility
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
1.    Manage the Knowledge Management (KM Portal) by conducting regular system maintenance;
2.    Troubleshoot IT-Based KM System issues as necessary;
3.    Enhance the user inferface of the KM Portal based on the Bureau’s assessment;
4.    Coordinate with the program focal persons on the updating of the contents of the KM Portal;
5.    Develop/ consolidate/ harmonize other IT infrastructures owned by the Bureau which are relevant to the knowledge management systems such as databases, learning management system, portals, etc.;
6.    Conduct capability-building activities related to the utilization of the KM Portal and other IT-based KM System;
7.    Provide technical assistance in IT-based KM System;
8.    Submit technical reports on the usability of IT-based KM infrastructures owned by the Bureau; and
9.    Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the KMD Chief/SWIDB.
