Job Description

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II (CVS Focal)

Salary Grade :  15 (Php 32,053.00)

Status of Employment :  Contractual

Location/Office :  Field Office VII

Program/Division/Unit :  Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

 

Minimum Qualification Standards:

Education :  Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Allied Social Science

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Provides CVS guidelines and instruction materials to municipal/city links for their reference and guide on how to fill up the CVS forms to school and health centers;

·         Facilitates generation of CVS forms and reproduction of the same in coordination with the IT group including distribution to schools and health centers;

·         Ensures distribution of CVS forms to municipal city links and partner agencies on the dates established in the OM;

·         Provides technical assistance to municipal city links relative to the conduct of orientation and training at the municipal /city level and completion and processing of compliance verification;

·         Reviews submitted completed forms before encoding following the standards procedures as specified in the manual, e.g. Review and approval of municipal /city link, review and approval of focal person and final approval of the regional director;

·         Incomplete and or not signed forms will not be encoded and will be returned to the regional office for validation at concerned school health center;

·         Facilitates encoding of the CVS forms completely and accurately filled up and filling of CVS forms in cabinet files under CVS at the regional office organized per municipality;

·         Supervises and monitors municipal/city links by reviewing their log books to make sure that the dates, names of schools or health centers, are properly recorded so that they can keep track of CVS forms delivered forms delivered and received;

·         Reviews CVS results for each municipality, city, province and region, and make recommendations for approval for approval/disapproval by Regional Director for submission to NPMO;

·         Keeps track of CVS approval results by the Program Manager at the NPMO and check consistency in the payroll;

·         Performs another related task that may be assigned.
