Job Description

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER I (BUS Focal)

 Salary Grade :  11 (Php 22,316.00)

 Status of Employment :  Contractual

 Location/Office :  Field Office VII

 Program/Division/Unit :  Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

 

Minimum Qualification Standards:

 

Education :  Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

 

Training : None Required

 

Experience : None Required

 

Skills: Computer Literate

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

             1. Provides appropriate actions on grievance-related transactions from various sources and modes;

             Generates and Prepares regular reports as required;

             2. Acts on special assignment/s assigned by the immediate supervisor;

 

3. Acts on documents/directives/requests from superiors;

4. Reports technology-related issues (i.e. bugs in the applications, network related problems and the like.) to the RITO and/or RMIS;

5. Accomplishes performance commitment and appraisal;

6. Performs another related task that may be assigned.
