Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III (Cash Clerk)

Salary Grade : 9 (Php 18,784.00)

Status of Employment : Contractual

Location/Office : Field Office VII

Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

 

Minimum Qualification:

Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related courses

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

 

Duties & Responsibilities:    

·         Assists in the preparation of/sorting of checks;

·         Assist in the preparation of Advice of Check Issued and Cancelled (ACIC);           

·         Assists in the monitoring of day-to-day cash balance under Fund 101 specifically 4ps fund;

·         Assists in the preparation of financial reports;

·         Ensures coordination to NPMO, FMA & RPMO as to the availability of 4Ps funds;

·         Encodes/logs incoming and outgoing official communications/documents;

·         Encodes checks disbursements in CAUMS;

·         Files disbursement vouchers and supporting documents to be submitted to Accounting Unit.

·         Controls the NTA received and utilization for 4Ps project;

Reconcile 4Ps project the NTA received and utilization of 4Ps fund to the Accounting Unit;

Performs other related tasks as directed from time to time.
