ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III (Senior Bookkeeper)
Salary Grade : 9 (Php 18,784.00)
Status of Employment : Contractual
Location/Office : Field Office VII
Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
Minimum Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related courses
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
·        Monitor the fund releases of CO, availability and utilization of funds of regional office in the implementation of the Project;                  Â
·        Monitor and control the disbursements of the Project;                  Â
·        Prepare statement of fund releases, Disbursement and Balances;                           Â
·        Prepare and submit the Statement of Expenditure (SOE) to DSWD CO;  Â
·        Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and monitoring to DSWD CO and other oversight agencies;
·        Assist in the review and verification of Liquidation Report /debit memos (copies only) submitted by LBP branch;                 Â
·        Handle and maintain all financial records and documents of the Project;  Â
·        Performs other functions as may be directed by the Budget Officer/ Field Office Accountant.
