JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Aide VI shall be assigned in the Human Resource and Development Service – Office of the Director. The position will be lodged in the Administrative Unit of the Office, he/she will be responsible for the receiving and outgoing of documents and will log these documents in the Document Tracking System being used by the Department.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Logs documents received by the HRMDS in the Enhanced Documents Management System (EDMS);
2.    Inserts tracking slips on documents for endorsement to the HRMDS Director for further instructions;
3.    Disseminate documents to the responsible Division for appropriate action;
4.    Coordinates with other Records Officers of the HRMDS for document tracking and dissemination;
5.    Routes documents to other offices for information and further actions;
6.    Performs other tasks as instructed by the HRMDS Director; and
7.    Drafts simple memoranda as required by the HRMDS Director

·      Only those applicants who met the cut-off score of forty-one (41) points in the Education, Training and Experience (ETE) and Initial Qualifying Test (IQT) shall proceed with the Special Examination and interview. Applicants who shall be included in the Top 5, after all process, shall be endorsed to the HRMPSB for deliberation.
