Place of Assignment: Research and Design Division

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education         :      Master\\\'s Degree in Psychology

Experience       :      Two (2) years of relevant experience involving the delivery of Psychological services

Training            :       Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training on the delivery of psychological services which includes psychological interventions, psychological assessment and psychological programs

Eligibility           :       RA 1080 (Psychologist)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Possess mastery on modern Clinical Psychology

- Proficient in providing Psychological Therapeutic Counseling

- Proficient on Mental Health Education

- Proficient in oral and written communications; and

- Proficient in the use of Excel/Powerpoint and other Microsoft software application systems

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Undertakes the over-all supervision in the implementation of the DSWD WiSupport: Technology-Based Mental Health and Psychosocial Support for affected individuals and families of COVID-19 and other Crisis Situations;

2. Extends technical assistance to the Field Offices in the implementation of the DSWD WiSupport: Technology-Based mental health and Psychosocial Support for affected individuals and families of COVID-19 and other Crisis Situations;

3. Acts as the lead technical staff in conducting capacity building activities relative to the implementation of the program;

4. Consolidates quarterly reports in the implementation of the interventions provided by the program;

5. Prepare and submit proposals, other technical reports and documentations as required by the Bureau Director;

6. Coordinate with other DSWD Office/Bureau/Service/Units for partnerships and other collaborations; and

7. Performs other tasks as directed by the Bureau Director.
