5.���� With demonstrated organizational and analytical abilities and problem-solving approach with good negotiating skills and capacity to balance objectives and procurement requirements;
6.���� Must be a team player and must have the ability to interact positively with staff at all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the procurement of the Bureau through implementing all policies and procedures related to procurement activities and ensure that DSWD�s procurement guidelines are followed in all transactions.�
PRIMARY TASKS
1.���� Undertake the Bureau�s procurement activities such as planning, assessment and distribution of goods and other needs of the Bureau;
2.���� Ensure that all procurement related tasks are accurately and comprehensively completed in a timely manner;
3.���� Prepare Requisition / Issuance Slip (s) and Purchase Order (s);
4.���� Coordinate with the Financial Officer for preparation of Project Financial Management Reports;
5.���� Update monthly Procurement Plan; and
6.���� Undertake other Procurement related duties as required.
JOB OUTPUTS 1.���� Procurement of goods, works and services in accordance to DSWD�s procurement guidelines; 2.���� Memoranda and other office communications; 3.���� Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) of the Bureau 4.���� Monthly/Semestral/Annual Procurement Reports |
