JOB DESCRIPTION

Under direction and exercise of independent judgement, performs difficult responsible professional work requiring training, considerable experience and knowledge along personnel administration.

PRIMARY TASKS

1.�� Formulates/recommends personnel policies/guidelines pertaining to compensation and benefits administration;

2.�� Reviews existing policies and recommends amendments/enhancements to adapt to existing conditions;

3.�� Draft replies to queries based on existing policies; guidelines and established procedures;

4.�� Prepares required repots, communications and other correspondence relative to personnel transactions, programs and activities;

5.�� Prepares/develops training/project proposals;

6.���Provides secretariat services to various committees as assigned;

7.�� Gathers data to develop/evaluate policies, interprets data; recommends appropriate actions on changes of policies;

8.�� Drafts policies, submits recommendations for approval;

9.�� Provide technical and consultative services;

10.�Performs such other related personnel administration functions.
