Education : Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree in Social Work
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education | : | Graduate or Master’s degree of any course on Social Science and Allied Profession |
Experience | : | Two (2) years of relevant experience on social work administration, project/program development and management, research, training and development and administration, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and networking, social marketing and media relations, ICT applications and operations |
Training | : | Forty (40) hours of relevant training in the last five years on project/program development and management, sectoral concerns, research, monitoring, evaluation, advocacy and networking |

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducts situation analysis/ environmental scanning;
2. Reviews existing literatures/studies as basis in program/project development;
3. Identifies or recommends priority needs for social technology development;
4. Prepares concept paper responsive to the emerging needs of the sector;
5. Prepares activity proposal for the implementation of specific program/project e.g. capability building, FGD and consultation meetings based on approved concept paper and design;
6. Conducts pilot testing implementation, monitoring and technical assistance to DSWD Field Offices
7. Submits report on the status of pilot implementation;
8. Facilitates on conduct of program review evaluation (preparatory activities);
9. Prepares report documentation on pilot testing related activities i.e. capability building /consultation dialogue;
10. Prepares promotional IEC materials on the project pilot tested and completed;
11. Conduct social marketing for the institutionalization/replication of completed pilot projects;
12. Establish and maintains data banking on all projects pilot tested and completed;
13. Reviews, analyses and prepares technical papers and other documents
14. Attends inter-agency meetings, both internal and external to the DSWD;
15. Prepares WFP, and ensures timely fund utilization; and
16. Performs other related tasks.
