JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle data analysis. Provides technical and administrative support to NIAMC Secretariat and other inter-agency working group.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Provides input in the formulation of the IPD Work and Financial Plan. Develops activity proposal based on the IPD Work and Financial Plan;
2. Coordinates with Field Offices to ensure timely submission of reports and other requirements;
3. Reviews and analyzes regional data. Prepares summsry report with recommendations which serves as basis for the improvement of partnership policies and guidelines;
4. Provides assistance to the National Independent Advisory and Monitoring Committee (NIAMC) Secretariat and other inter-agency Technical Working Group.
- Prepares data, presentation materials, and other documents needed during meetings and consultations
- Documents activity proceedings
- Provides secretariat support to NIAMC activities
