SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICER IIIEmployment Status: Contract of ServiceSalary Grade: 18Assignment: TARA Office  I.        QUALIFICATION GUIDE a.       Minimum Qualification Standards: Education              :               Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree in Social Work   Training               :               Eight (8) hours relevant training Experience           :             Two (2) years relevant experience Eligibility                :               Must be a Registered Social Worker b.       Preferred Qualification Standards:  Education              :               Must be a Registered Social Worker   Training               :               Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training  Experience           :               Must have at least two (2) years’ experience  II.      SCOPE OF WORK/JOB DESCRIPTION  The Field Office  TARA focal person shall mainly involved  in monitoring and coordinating the Regional TARA  plan formulation, promotion, implementation and review as a strategy to assist LSWDO’s achieve fully functional status for the effective delivery of social welfare and development programs, projects and services.   Job Outputs: ·          Review of Local Social Welfare and Development situation based on the social protection and development report; family risk and vulnerability assessment report, sectoral plans, and other relevant reports; ·          Analysis of Technical Assistance abd Resource Augmentation (TARA) requirements of the LSWDOS based on the results of functionality assessment; ·          Three year Regional TARA Plan; ·          Accomplishment Reports on the implementation of the 3 years Regional TARA Plan; ·          Consolidated Feedback  reports on TARA related activirties to include ccordination, networking and partnership with FO offices, Divisions, Sections and Units (ODSUs), LGU-LSWDO’s and other agencies /organizations. Primary Tasks: ·          In coordination with the policy  Development and Planning Unit (PDPU) review the local social    welfare  and development situation on the social protection and development report; family risk and vulnerability assesmment report; LSWDO functionality assessment and other relevant reports and come up with an analysis of the Technical Assistance and Resource Augmentation (TARA) requirements of the LGU\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\_LSWDOs; ·          Formulate the 3 year Regional TARA Plan, in collaboration with the FO Offices/Divisions/Sections/Units (ODSUs); ·          Monitor the implementation of the 3 year TARA plan and prepare semestral accomplishment reports in coordination with the FO ODSUs ·          Collaborate with FO ODSUs to strenthen institutional arrangements for the DSWD TARA Plan formulation, promotion, implementation, monitoring, reporting and review                Performs other related tasks as m ay be assigned by the Regional Director.   Qualified applicants may email/attach the following documents to recruitment.fo7@dswd.gov.ph with the Subject template (Position Title and Item Number) on or before March 13, 2020:  Application Letter addressed to Director Rebecca P.
