Place of Assignment: Property, Supply and Asset Management Division

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education         :  Completion of two (2) year studies in College or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Experience       :  One (1) year of relevant experience

Training            :  Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility           :  Career Service Sub-Professional/ First Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education         :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience       :  One (1) year of relevant experience in property and records management

Training            :  Four (4) hours relevant training in property management

Eligibility           :  Career Service Sub-Professional/ First Level Eligibility

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY

1.  Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

2.  With knowledge on records management

3.  Good written and oral communication skills

4.  Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for his/her section; and does related works.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Assists in the conduct of physical inventory

2.     Consolidate physical inventory reports

3.     Assists in the preparation of reports for submission

4.     Provide secretariat functions to different committees

5.     Validate Personal Property Item Pass Slip (PPIPS)

6.     Draft letters/memoranda and other communications

7.     Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Division Chief

1.     Letters/Memoranda/ Notice of meetings

2.     Inventory reports

3.     Briefers

4.     Organized files/records

5.     Other reports as may be required

Cut-off scores:

·     Only those who reached the average score for IQT will proceed with the evaluation of their respective ETE based on the minimum and preferred qualification standards
