Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

:

One (1) year of relevant experience on real property management including real estate assessment

Training

:

Eight (8) hours of relevant training i.e. property management, warehouse management and records management

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the immediate supervision of the Chief of the Property and Asset Management Division; performs technical support and administrative functions, skilled in the preparation of letters, memoranda and provision of technical expertise on the real property management.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Assist AS-PAMD RPMS in preparing documents needed in responding various issues and concerns relative to real property management;

2.  Submit updates/progress reports and documentation report on the processing of documentary requirements for land registration or application for issuance of special patent, in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR);

3.  Assists in the accomplishments of the RPMS deliverables;

4.  Provide secretariat functions to the Welfare Development Trustee Committee and other similar Committees;

5. Provide needed technical assistance to DSWD Field Offices;

6.  Perform related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Letters/Memoranda/Notice of Meetings/other communication documents

2. Briefers, reports, minutes of the meeting/summary of agreements and updates

3. Draft policies, guidelines on real property management, concept papers/notes, briefers, among others

Cut-off scores:

·     Only those who reached the average score for IQT will proceed with the evaluation of their respective ETE based on the minimum and preferred qualification standards
