Education: Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree relevant to the job
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education | : | Graduate of any social science course; Master’s degree is an advantage |
Experience | : | Two (2) years of relevant experience on project/program development and management, research, statistics, monitoring, evaluation, advocacy and networking, ICT applications and operations |
Training | : | Forty (40) hours of relevant training in the last five years on project/program development and management, research, statistics, monitoring, evaluation, advocacy and networking |
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct research, situational analysis, rapid assessment, review of related of related literature towards the development of responsive and innovative SWD models of intervention;
2. Formulate concept papers based on researched or studies;
3. Spearhead inter-division/bureau meetings along development of SWD models of intervention;
4. Conduct consultation meetings, dialogues, FGDs with external partners and stakeholders in the development of SWD models of intervention;
5. Develop program design, monitoring and evaluation tool, logical framework, and guidelines on the pilot implementation of SWD models of intervention;
6. Evaluate the relevance, responsiveness, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of pilot tested SWD models of intervention;
7. Participate in Program Review and other evaluation activities of DSWD programs and services for possible enhancement;
8. Provide technical assistance to Field Offices, OBSUs, and other intermediaries along SWD models of intervention development; and
9. Ensure effective and efficient fund management.
