Education: Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Social Work
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Social Worker)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education | : | BS in Social Work or Masters in Social Work; Graduate or Master’s degree of any course on Social Science and Allied Profession |
Experience | : | Two (2) years of relevant experience on project/program development and management, research, monitoring, evaluation, advocacy and networking, ICT applications and operations |
Training | : | Forty (40) hours of relevant training in the last five years on project/program development and management, research, monitoring, evaluation, advocacy and networking |
Eligibility | : | RA 1080 (Social Worker) |
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct social preparatory activities;
2. Conduct capability building activities in relation to the pilot implementation of SWD models of intervention;
3. Implement activities according to the approved project design;
4. Monitor status of pilot implementation activities utilizing the developed monitoring tool;
5. Submit periodic pilot accomplishment reports and input project updates in the Project Management Information System (PMIS);
6. Prepare the documentation of the entire pilot testing experience;
7. Develop implementation guidelines (AO) and program manual; and
8. Monitor and provide technical assistance in the implementation of FO-initiated SWD models of intervention;
9. Ensure effective and efficient fund management;
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
