Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours relevant training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education | : | Bachelor’s Degree either in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Development, Organizational Development, Communication and Arts, English |
Experience | : | Relevant experience in Recruitment, Selection and Placement in the government |
Training | : | With at least four (4) hours training relevant to recruitment, selection and placement, other CSC related trainings and ISO documentation |

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs as Central Office – Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (CO-HRMPSB) Secretariat.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Acts as PSB Secretariat;
2. Act as Employee Boarding Coordinator for Permanent and Casual appointee;
3. Evaluates applications received for permanent positions;
4. Review recommendations received and prepare contractual/casual/ coterminous appointments and;
5. Prepare correspondences and draft memoranda relevant to RSP.
JOB OUTPUTS
1. CO HRMPSB Resolutions and Minutes of the Meeting;
2. Report on Employee Boarding Program for Permanent and Casual
