PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education

:

Bachelor’s Degree either in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Development, Organizational Development, Communication and Arts, English 

Experience

:

Relevant experience in Recruitment, Selection and Placement in the government

Training

:

With at least eight (8) hours training relevant to recruitment, selection and placement, other CSC related trainings and ISO documentation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, performs as the Alternate Focal person for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) accreditation of the HRMDS.

PRIMARY TASKS

1.     Acts as alternate focal person for PRIME-HRM accreditation;

2.   Research relevant best practices in terms of Recruitment, Selection and Placement formulates new policies and document work instructions;

3.   Act as Employee Boarding Coordinator for Contractual appointee;

4.   Conduct Exit Interview to career and non-career employees (except MOA);

5.   Analyze result of the Exit Interview and formulate policies based on the results;

6.   Prepare Quarterly accomplishment of RSP; and

7.   Prepare correspondences and draft memoranda relevant to RSP.

JOB OUTPUTS

1.   Policies and Operations Manual/work instructions;

2.   Monthly report of Exit Interview conducted;

3.   Quarterly Accomplishment Report;

4.   Report on Employee Boarding Program for Contractual.
