Education          :  Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management/Administration, Financial Management or related courses; Management or Information technology; with Master’s Unit is advantage

Experience

:

At least two years of experience in leading a unit providing administrative and logistics support to an organization or major/complex project (general office system), computer literate and excellent in oral and written communication

Training

:

Twenty four (24) hours of training (management or supervision, planning and organizing, project management, technical writing, frontline service

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services in the area of logistics management (communication allowance, air and land transportation) and facility management (office/building maintenance) in support to the program implementation at the Pantawid NPMO and RPMO level.

Functions and Responsibilities

1.     Oversees the day to day operations of the unit including monitoring, updating and reporting of the status of deliverables

2.     Reviews and initiates improvements on logistics and facility management to strengthen the processes

3.     Formulates policies and procedures or strategies to ease the facilitation and address the recurring issues and concerns regarding the logistics management and facility management

4.     Monitor and submit monthly reports under logistics and facility management or as deemed required by the top management

5.     Write memorandum and activity/ projects proposals pertaining to the areas of logistics and facility management in accordance to existing guidelines

6.     Represent the Division in the absence of the Division Head or designated personnel/focal person in behalf of the division

7.     Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Division Head
