JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, shall perform as an Office-In-Charge of the overall management of the Division in absence of the CAO.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Support in the attainment of the Division objectives;
2. Ensure implementation of Plans and Commitments;
3. Oversees the day to day activities of the units;
4. Consolidate, evaluate and assess periodic accomplishment reports of each unit;
5. Conduct random spot-checks to ensure that validation protocols and guidelines are followed; and
6. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.
