JOB DESCRIPTION

Implements capability building agenda of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

Functions and Responsibilities

A.    Capability Building Planning and Management

1.  Conceptualizes and develops capability building plan through: conduct of training needs analysis, support proponent regions or units in the preparation of TNA-based project proposal; review and provide relevant input to submitted training proposals (including training design, content map and training plan matrix) based on cost parameters and training quality assurance measures;

2.   Assists in the identification and engagement with resource persons and training team members;

3.   Assists in the evaluations and coordination with service providers;

4.   Prepares relevant correspondence i.e. memo for call of participants, letter of invitation and TOR to RPs/ facilitators/ documenter, memo on final training arrangements etc;

5.   Coordinates and monitors the provision of training logistics such as equipment, vehicle, travel orders/…..;

6.  Facilitates training sessions and ensure coordination with resource persons, documenters and the rest of training management team;

7.  Conducts and facilitates training activities and ensures smooth flow of learning and quality assurance measures in the conduct of the training activity;

8.   Prepares training reports and feedback reports to be submitted to CBD head and corresponding proponent divisions/ regional offices;

9.   Evaluates training output and feedback participants;

10. Ensures the proper turnover of documents, training materials, and equipment to appropriate personnel after every training activity to facilitate payment of Service Providers and Safekeeping;

11.  Ensures that the training portfolio of monitored divisions are properly endorsed for KM inventory;

12. Monitors submission of reports to facilitate the payment of Service Providers;

13.  Collates knowledge management materials of CB Activities facilitated;

14.  Conducts and facilitates training activities and ensures smooth flow of learning;

15.  Develops/ updates training manuals, modules and session plans;

16.  Provides technical inputs on CB-related policy documents/ guidelines. 

B.    Monitoring and Reporting

1.    Monitors the conduct of Capability Building activities of NPMO divisions and regions;

2.  Assesses the quality of activity conducted by monitored NPMO divisions;

3.   Monitors and provides technical assistance to NPMO and regional counterparts in preparing and conducting pre-training, during training and post-training activities;

4.   Prepares training reports and feedback reports and submits to CBD head and to other concerned divisions or regional offices;

5.  Consolidates and analyzes training reports submitted by RPMO as basis for preparation of forthcoming activities;

6. Submits HR and financial documents to appropriate staff/ unit concerned (DTR, TEV, Reimbursements, CDO, PDS, PC/PAM);

7.     Acts on documents such as memos and correspondence.

C.    Others

1.     Does other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
