JOB DESCRIPTION 

Under the general supervision, develops, enhances and monitors the E-HRIS Facility and other HRMDS information technology (IT) systems, IT documentation, provision of technical assistance and provide solutions related to IT.

PRIMARY TASKS 

1.     Oversee and monitor implementation and development of the E-HRIS Facility and other HRMDS related IT system.

2.     Attend all the trainings/meetings to be conducted in relation to information technology concerns of the HRMDS.

3.     Maintain HRMDS IT systems and monitor/suggest features for development/enhancement.

4.     Provide a thorough checking and evaluation on the data stored in the E-HRIS Facility and other HRMDS related IT systems.

5.     Document the progress of the E-HRIS Facility from installation to parallel-testing until full implementation.

6.     Encode/input data in E-HRIS as needed.

7.     Provides technical assistance and IT support to HRMDS staff.

8.     Monitors and resolves escalated issues related to quality assurance, security management, systems administration and systems development of HRMDS.

9.     Escalate HRMDS IT concerns/issues to ICTMS

10.  Serves as the focal person of the HRMDS-Personnel Administration Division (HRMDS-PAD) in the preparation of its Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) and to attend in other activities related to ISSP, such as meetings, trainings, etc.

11.  Coordinate with ICTMS all ICT related concerns prior to implementation to ensure it conforms to standard.

12.  Submit monthly reports on ICT related activities and status of system/project implementation to ICTMS.

13.  Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Division Chief and the supervisors.
