Job Description


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (assigned in Bohol Warehouse)


Salary Grade                 :          8

Status of Employment   :          Contract of Service

Location/Office              :           Bohol, Region 7

Program/Division/Unit   :           Bohol Warehouse


Minimum Qualifications:


Education         :           Completion of 2 years\\\' studies in college 

Training             :           4 hours of relevant training

Experience        :           1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility            :           None Required 



Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. 1.         provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and photocopying activities;

    2.         maintains electronic and hard copy filing system;

    3.         ensure and maintain proper records management;

    4.         performs data entry and scan documents;

    5.         assists in the warehouse operation;

    6.         runs warehouse’ errands to the field office and other offices if necessary;

    7.         prepares and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email messages;

    8.         schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for supervisors;

    9.         maintains office supplies for the warehouse;

    10.      maintains accurate inventory of stockpile;
