Job Description

 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II (SAFETY OFFICER)

Assignment:  Mandaue City, Cebu

Status: COS

Education: Graduate of any medical courses

Experience: None Required

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1.  Provides technical support to the overall Production manager in monitoring manual production activities;
  2. Assists in the coordination and preparation of documents for the establishment /institutionalization of partnership with GAs/LGUs/NGAs/ NGOs/Pas on the provision of volunteers to assist during VDRC pre-and post-disaster relief operations;
  3. Prepares communications and reports related to the manual production of FFPs and non-food items and volunteers’ management;
  4. Reviews and recommends the ready-list of regular volunteers for the disaster relief operations/activities at VDRC and volunteer deployment plan and schedule;
  5. Monitors the deployment of volunteers to the different warehouses/hubs;
  6. Assists in the development/enhancement of policies, guidelines, systems, and processes related to production of FFPs and non-food items and acceptance/deployment of volunteers;
  7.  Prepares daily production report, production schedules, manpower and materials plans, and productivity monitoring report, among others;
  8. Performs other related tasks as that may be assigned from time to time.
