 (1 slot) Social Welfare Officer II (Contractual)- under Social Pension(1 slot) Social Welfare Officer II (Contract of Service)- under AICS BoholSalary Grade: 15 CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work Training: At least 4 hours of relevant training  Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience Eligibility: Must be a Registered Social Worker  DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS I.                     CONDUCTS INTERVIEWS, HOME VISITS, JAIL VISITS, CASE COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCES; II.                   GATHERS COLLATERAL INFORMATION; III.                  HANDLES COURT-RELATED CASES; IV.                 ACCOMPLISHES SOCIAL CASE STUDY REPORTS OF CLIENTS; V.                   ATTENDS HEARINGS AND TESTIFIES IN COURT; VI.                 ASSESES AND RECOMMENDS QUALIFIED CLIENTS FOR SEA LOAN OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; VII.               COORDINATES NETWORK WITH NGA, LGU, NGO, GO AND PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS ON RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEES AND SPONSORSHIP FOR TRAINING NEEDS; VIII.              MANAGES / REFERS WEDC CASES; IX.                 NETWORK WITH THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR (FACTORY, SHOPS, DEPARTMENT STORES, ETC.) FOR POSSIBLE ABSORPTION OF GRADUATES IN THE LABOR FORCE; X.                   MONITORS JOB PLACEMENTS OF PSCB GRADUATES; XI.                 SUPERVISES THE TOTAL OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTIVITY CENTER AND SUBMITS PERIODIC RAPPORTS ON THE STATUS OF THE CAPABILITY BUILDING PROJECT; XII.               PREPARES / SUBMITS PROJECT PROPOSALS, CASE STUDIES AND OTHER REPORTS; XIII.              REFERS NEGLECTED, ABANDONED, ABUSED AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN TO INSTITUTIONS AND FOR FOSTER CARE.  Qualified applicants may email/attach the following documents to with the Subject template (Position Title) on or before December 05, 2019:  Application Letter addressed to Director Rebecca P.
