Job Description

WAREHOUSEMAN III (assigned in Bohol Warehouse)

 

Salary Grade                 :          11

Status of Employment   :          Contract of Service

Location/Office              :           Bohol, Region 7

Program/Division/Unit   :           Regional Warehouse

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Education         :           Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training             :           8 hours of relevant training

Experience        :           1 year of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. ACTS AS ASSISTANT MANAGER. ASSIST WITH THE OPERATION IN THE WAREHOUSE.  IN THE EVENT THAT THE MANAGER IS OUT, THE ASST. MANAGER WILL TAKE OVER THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGER;
  2. ENSURES WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SECURITY OF THE BUILDING AND STOCKS; 
  3. PLANS AND FOLLOW THE IDEAL ARRANGEMENT OF GOODS WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE AND ORGANIZE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN STOCK, SUCH AS FAMILY FOOD PACKS (FFP), RAW GOODS, PACKING MATERIALS, DONATED GOODS, ETC;
  4. ENSURE PRODUCTIVITY TARGETS ARE MET AND MAINTAIN COMPUTERIZED ADMINISTRATION AND AUTOMATED STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS;
  5. OVERSEES PICKING, PACKING AND DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITY;
  6. COMMUNICATES WELL BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN TO DIFFERENT DIVISION/UNIT OF THE DEPARTMENT AND STAKEHOLDERS;
