JOB DESCRIPTION
The position shall be responsible for handling clerical tasks in the Office of the Director, manages mostly business related functions for the ICTMS Director such as extracting reports, organizes travel and accommodations, takes minutes and other organizational tasks; answers phone calls, schedules organization, organizes documents for signature and other related tasks.
Functions and Responsibilities
1. Prepares and maintains new and existing employee files and databases
2. Updates and maintains employee benefits, employment status and similar records
3. Assists in administering new employment assessments
4. Serves as a point person for all new employee questions
5. Schedules job interviews and assist in interview process
6. Facilitates the request for posting job ads and organizing resumes and applications
7. Participates in the recruitment effort of ICTMS
8. Serves as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
9. Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
10. Orient new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
11. Conducting benefit enrollment process, as necessary
12. Submits, employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data
13. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
14. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
15. Assists in completing termination paperwork and assist with exist interviews
16. Performs other related tasks as may be reasonably assigned by the Admin Unit Head and/or the ICTMS director.

Shortlisting of applicants will be based on the ETE and IQT result. The cut off rating will be based on the following:
Cut-off scores:
Initial Shortlisting (ETE + IQT) 40%
Final Shortlisting (Overall Rating) 80%
