Salary                           :           SG 22/ 65, 319.00

CSC Prescribed Qualification Standards

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience                   :           Three (3) year of relevant experience

Training                       :           Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based)

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Information Technology or any business-related course

 

Experience                   :           Three years (3) year experience on development-related projects involving community organizing, capability building activities, community organizing, facilitation, proposal development, enterprise development and IT-based system development

 

Training                       :           At least twenty-four (24) hours relevant training in social entrepreneurship, business plan development plan, module development, IT-based system development, training plan and implementation program.

1.     With excellent leadership, supervision, management and decision;

2.     With work experience on assessment, monitoring, and in dealing with other organizations for at least two (2) years;

Job Description:

Under the direction and with substantial latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, engaged in moderately responsible work pertaining to grievance and redress management in the implementation of socio-economic and disaster risk resiliency (DRR) programs, projects and activities (PPAs) for the Decommissioned Combatants (DCs) of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) as anchored under Executive Order No. 79, Series of 2019 (Implementing the Annex on Normalization under the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro – CAB)

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

 

1.     Overall in-charge on grievance and redress management;

2.     Develops policies/guidelines on grievance and redress management;

3.     Undertakes field validation/monitoring on grievances and redresses;

4.     Provides technical assistance on grievance and redress management;

5.     Review/assesses reports on grievance and redresses;

6.     Prepares communications, reports, project proposals, and other related documents;

7.     Conduct capacity building on grievance and redress management;

8.     Attend to meetings, special events and training/workshop;

9.     Engages with other stakeholders on grievance and redress management;

10.  Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

1.     Policies/guidelines;

2.     Feedback reports;

3.     Grievance and redress management reports;

4.     Capacity building; and,

5.     Memoranda/letter, project proposal and other officer communications.
