CSC Prescribed Qualification Standards

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

Experience                   :           At least three (3) years of relevant experience

Training                       :           16 hours of training along the areas of Disaster Response related trainings, Organizational Development, DRRM policies and guidelines.

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based)

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

Experience                   :           At least three (3) years of relevant experience on report development and management and project evaluation pertaining to the implementation of socio-economic and disaster risk resiliency (DRR) programs, projects and activities (PPAs) on the context of peace and development.

Training                       :           Twenty-four (24) hours of relevant training on report development and management and project evaluation pertaining to the implementation of socio-economic and disaster risk resiliency (DRR) programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) on the context of peace and development.

 

Eligibility                     :           RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)

1.     With work experience related to supervision for at least one (1) year;

Job Description:

Under the direction and with substantial latitude for the exercise of independent judgment engaged in varied and special work pertaining to report development and management and project evaluation pertaining to the implementation of socio-economic and DRR-PPAs Decommissioned Combatants (DCs) of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) as anchored under Executive Order No. 79, Series of 2019 (Implementing the Annex on Normalization under the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro – CAB) 


Functions and Responsibilities:

Part of the Regional Project Management Team (RPMT) tasked to spearhead the report management on the case management of DCs and implementation of the socio-economic programs for normalization and DRR-PPAs for the DCs of the MILF.

 

Specific Functions: 

1.     Formulates policies/guidelines on report development and management and project evaluation;

2.     Generates, consolidates, analyzes and disseminates reports based on agreed timelines and mechanisms;

3.     Provides technical assistance to concerned personnel on report management;

4.     Engages with other stakeholders in the report harmonization;

5.     Conducts capacity building on report development and management;

6.     Attends to meetings, special events and training/workshop;

7.     Engages with other stakeholders on grievance and redress management; and,

8.     Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Job Outputs: 

1.     Policies/guidelines;

2.     Feedback reports;

3.     Case management reports;

4.     Physical and financial accomplishment reports; and,

5.     Memoranda/letter, project proposal and other officer communications/documents.
