CSC Prescribed Qualification Standards

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

Experience                   :           At least two (2) years of relevant experience

Training                       :           8 hours of training along the areas of Disaster Response related trainings, Organizational Development, DRRM policies and guidelines.

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based)

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

Experience                   :           At least three (3) years of relevant experience on report development and management and project evaluation pertaining to the implementation of socio-economic and disaster risk resiliency (DRR) programs, projects and activities (PPAs) on the context of peace and development.

Training                       :           Twenty-four (24) hours of relevant training on report development and management and project evaluation pertaining to the implementation of socio-economic and disaster risk resiliency (DRR) programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) on the context of peace and development.

Job Description:

Under the direction and with substantial latitude for the exercise of independent judgment engaged in varied and special work pertaining to case management and implementation of socio-economic programs for Decommissioned Combatants (DCs) and implementation of the socio-economic programs for normalization and disaster resiliency (DRR) programs, project and activities (PPAs) under the context of peace and development

 


Functions and Responsibilities:

 

Part of the Regional Project Management Team (RPMT) tasked to supervise the Case Workers assigned in the case management of DCs of the MILF and in the implementation of the socio-economic programs for normalization and DRR-PPAs as anchored under Executive Order No. 79, Series of 2019 (Implementing the Annex on Normalization under the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro – CAB)

 

Specifically designated to undertake the following:

 

1.     Team Leader of the Case Workers (CWs) in the management of DCs based on designated geographical area and mechanism;

2.     Reviews, analyzes and provides comments/inputs on accomplishment reports submitted by the Case Workers;

3.     Reviews and provides inputs on guidelines;

4.     Undertakes field monitoring and provision of technical assistance to the CWs in the case and project management;

5.     Ensures the updating of the biometric profile of the DCs;

6.     Prepares communications, reports, project proposals, and other related documents;

7.     Attend top meetings, special events and training/workshop;

8.     Coordinate with other stakeholders for the case and project management; and,

9.     Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Job Outputs:

1.     Policy inputs;

2.     Feedback reports;

3.     Case management reports;

4.     Updated biometrics profile of DCs;

5.     Physical and financial reports; and,

6.     Memoranda/letter, project proposal and other officer communications.
