Position                        : Social Welfare Officer II

Salary Grade                : 15 (31, 403.33)

Employment Status      : Contract of Service

Duration   : 3 months (October - December) 

CSC Prescribed Qualification Standards

Education        :           Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work

Training           :           4 hours of relevant training

Experience       :           1 year of relevant experience 

Eligibility         :           RA 1080 (Registered Social Work)

Qualified and interested applicant may submit the following documents to DSWD Field Office XII, Koronadal City at the Records Section or you may submit your application through fo12@dswd.gov.ph with the following documents on or before August 16, 2019.

1.      Application letter addressed to the Regional Director (Please specify desired vacant position)

2.      Personal Data Sheet (duly accomplished CSC Form No. 212 Revised 201 with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport sized ID picture attached)

3.      Resume

4.      Photocopy of Transcript of Records (Authenticated)

5.      Photocopy of Certificate of Trainings and Seminars attended

6.      Photocopy of Board Rating/CS Eligibility (if any)

7.      Photocopy of Certificate of Previous employment (if any)

8.      Copy of duly signed IPCR/Summary of Ratings (for insider only)
