JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, the Administrative Officer IV shall assist in the proper implementation of systems on the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and forms on procurement, prepares procurement reports, bidding documents and contracts, and does other related works.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Responsible for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with R.A. 9184 and other procurement laws;
2. Review RFQs, NNP, ITB before posting to Philgeps;
3. Work in close coordination with BAC/BAC Secretariat and HOPE;
4. Recommends systems and policies to further improve existing guidelines on the procurement, supply management and movement of goods as well as on how to expedite procurement process in accordance with procurement law;
5. Prepare reports and communications related to procurement;
6. Prepares bidding documents, contracts and other procurement documents;
7. Facilitates procurement of goods and services;
8. Attends pre-procurement activities, pre-bid conference and other related activities;
9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor, Division Chief, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.

3. Procurement documents (i.e. RFQ, Purchase Order, BAC Reso, etc.)
