Job Description
We wish to inform you that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office has one (1) vacant Contract of Service position with details as follows:

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (Industrial Organizational Psychologist)

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDSEducation : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Preferably Process Improvement Specialist or other related fields
Experience : With at least two (2) years of relevant experience
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY
1. Must be computer literate
2. Can work with minimum supervision
3. Writing knowledge is a plus
4. A team player
5. Willing to travel or deployed to other offices
6. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design/construct proposal for organizational development plan for FMS and directly report to the CAO.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Review and examine existing organization structure and identify gaps;
2. Conduct assessment/evaluation and recommend course of action to improve process and procedures;
3. Maintain and update organizational manuals; and
4. Performs other related task that maybe assigned.
