Job Description

  We wish to inform you that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office has one (1) vacant Contract of Service position with details as follows:

Office: Finance and Management Service

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (Human Resource Management)

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education        :     Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience      :     Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training           :     Eight (8) hours of relevant training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education        :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
                         Preferably Human Resource Specialist or other related fields

Experience      :  With at least two (2) years of relevant experience

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY

1.     Must be computer literate

2.     Can work with minimum supervision

3.     Writing knowledge is a plus

4.     A team player

5.     Willing to travel or deployed to other offices

6.     Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design/construct proposal for Capacity Building, Training and Staff enhancement.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Review and examine existing staffing capacity and performance;

2.     Conduct assessment/evaluation and recommend course of action to develop staffing standards and human resource requirements;

3.     Examine functions of staffs to eliminate duplicity and improve efficiency;

4.     Reviews and recommends operational support service improvements;

5.     Conduct/leads coordination and management of trainings: and

6.     Performs other related task that maybe assigned.
