Job Description

  We wish to inform you that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office has one (1) vacant Contract of Service position with details as follows:

Office: Finance and Management Service

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (IT Systems Analyst)

Compensation  :   SG 18 (Php 40,637.00)

Place of Assignment    :   Management Division

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education        :     Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience      :     Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training           :     Eight (8) hours of relevant training

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education        :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
                          Preferably Business Systems Analyst

Experience      :  With at least two (2) years of relevant experience

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY

1.     Can work with minimum supervision

2.     Writing knowledge is a plus

3.     A team player

4.     Willing to travel or deployed to other offices

5.     Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION 

IT Systems Review, Designs and Training

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Conduct review and analysis of IT systems and identify gaps for improvement;

2.     Coordinate with the ICTMS/IT Services for the implementation of recommendations and improvements;

3.     Plans/Propose trainings for systems implementation; and

4.     Other related task that maybe assigned.
