JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, assists in the performance of administrative support and clerical functions and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Records all incoming and outgoing communications; Prepare general communication, and memoranda;
2. Encode/assist in the preparation of confidential correspondence e.g. letters, memoranda, reports, guidelines and the likes; Monitor/follow up submission of reports and other documents required by the Administrative Service-Office of the Director (AS-OD) to its respective Divisions;
3. Maintains and updates official files/documents of SWDAs/Service providers and other administrative records; Assist in the general function of AS-OD;
4. Answer and makes telephone calls; Act as Liaison Personal for AS-OD;
5. Prepare/monitor the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) of the Bureau;
6. Maintain database/record of office supplies and equipment;
7. Prepare/encode request forms for suppliers/equipment/activities needed by the Bureau;
8. Prepares obligations request and disbursement vouchers; and
9. Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Division Chief and/or by the Bureau
