Additional Qualification
1. Advance experience in software programming

Roles and Function
1. Assist in planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure projects in the Field Office (FO), Provincial Operations Offices (POOs), Social Welfare and Development Offices (SWAD), and Residential Care and facilities.
2. Manage the Local Area Network, Internet Services, and IPCPN services of FO,POOs, SWADs, and Residential Care Facilities to ensure availability and accessibility of network resources and information systems.
3. Manage communications infrastructure such as Voice Over IP, IP PBX, and Video Conferencing Equipment
4. Responsible in day-to-day operational support on the networks of FO, POOs SWADs and Residential Care Facilities.
5. Coordinate with ICTMS and Service Providers to reports issues/outages and prepare Incident Reports
6. Prepare network reports such as network utilization and network uptime.
