JOB DESCRIPTION
Renders staff work for the Project, provides technical assistance to partner CSOs and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the organization and management of activities specifically planning / designing, executing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting activities to secure the target results of the project;
2. Assists in the management of information critical to the planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting of performance of the project;
3. Provides technical assistance to partner CSOs;
4. Contributes to the formulation of the Project\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Work and Financial Plan;
5. Conduct of monitoring activities to ensure the attainment of objectives and targets of the project;
6. Reviews and make recommendations for proposals submitted by partner CSOs;
7. Prepares and submits periodic and special reports to the Project Team Leader;
8. Performs other tasks assigned by National Program Manager and / or Project Team Leader from time to time; and
9. Facilitates policy formulation and development.
