  We wish to inform you that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office has one (1) vacant contractual position with details as follows:

Office: Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II

Place of Assignment :  Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Division

Education:  Completion of two-year studies in college or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Experience      :  One (1) year of relevant experience

Training           Four (4) hours of relevant training

JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY TASKS

1.     Maintain central files of 4Ps documents;

2.     Assist in tracking communications;

3.     Facilitate preparations of voucher, communications, travel tickets and other administrative concerns for 4Ps such as catering, repairs, venue, and accommodations;

4.     Assist in the preparations and conduct of meetings workshops and capability building activities for 4Ps;

5.     Assist in the preparations of reports, documents, briefers and presentations materials for 4Ps;

6.     Facilitate the confirmation of attendance of different activities;

7.     Oversee, record, facilitate and monitor incoming and outgoing documents and processing of payroll and vouchers, request for venues, catering, vehicles etc., and other 4Ps administrative concerns; and

8.     Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
