Job Description

Job Summary:

The RTO assists the Regional Capability Building Specialist (RCBS) in the provision of timely and adequate capability building services to the SRPMO and ACTs.  This shall include conduct of training and other capability building activities, provision of technical support to the Regional Capability Building Specialist in the planning, preparation, and assessment and evaluation of training interventions, preparation of proposals, mobilization and management of logistics needs, maintenance of training database, and contract management of training service providers.

 Core Functions:

  1. Provides administrative support for in-house training at the RPMO and SRPMO level.
  2. Prepare, administer, consolidate, and analyse results of training needs assessment (TNA) and pre and post training evaluation, under the guidance of the RCBS
  3. Update and maintain training databases.
  4. Ensure proper documentation of training activities, and prepare training reports following prescribe formats and procedures.
