CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : MC 11 s. 1996 (Machinist) / NC II (Machining)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience : At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY
1. Basic knowledge on the use of computers
2. Attention to details.
3. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs warehousing and logistics function/production machine operation and other variety of skills/donation facilitation tasks, finance and quality control roles/computer operation tasks and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Operates the equipment/machine in accordance to the standard operating procedures;
2. Performs the testing procedures of all machineries and equipment used in production before, during and after each operation;
3. Assists in the preparation of reports on the conducted testing of the machines to the Mechanical Production Unit head;
4. Assists in the preparation of reports on the daily machine operations including downtime and troubleshooting made to the Production Section Head; and
5. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time.
JOB OUTPUTS
1. Daily maintenance report of the machine
2. Daily production and machine efficiency report
3. Daily material usage per operating section of machine
