ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (REPUBLICATION)

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional / First Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : College graduate (Office Administration, Business Management or any related course)
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY
1. Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
2. With knowledge on basic accounting
3. Knowledge on Records Management
4. Good written and oral communications skills
5. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for his/her division/section; and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Unit Head of the Quality Control unit in the conduct of spot-check/audit of NRLMB systems and processes to ensure compliance;
2. Performs regular inspection on incoming and outgoing deliveries and manual and mechanized production operations;
3. Assists in the collation of data from other Sections related to Quality Control;
4. Assists in monthly inventory taking;
5. Prepares monthly report of Quality Inspection and Spot-check/audits;
6. Prepares reportorial requirements of oversight agencies through communications such as letters, memoranda, among others;
7. Performs clerical functions as needed; and
8. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
