Position                        :           Psychologist III

Employment Status      :           Contract of Service

Salary Grade                :           18 (40,385.00)

CSC Prescribed Qualification Standards

 

            Education        :           Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

            Training           :           8 hours relevant training

            Experience       :           2 year relevant experience

            Eligibility         :           RA 1080 (Registered Psychologist)

 

Qualified and interested applicant may submit the following documents to DSWD Field Office XII. Koronadal City at the Records Section or you may submit your application online through hrppm.fo12@dswd.gov.ph  with the following documents on or before June 3, 2019.

 

1.      Application letter addressed to the Regional Director (Please specify desired vacant position)

2.      Personal Data Sheet (Duly Accomplished CSC Form No. 212 Revised 201 with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport sized ID picture)

3.      Resume

4.      Photocopy of Transcript of Records (Authenticated)

5.      Photocopy of Certificate of trainings and Seminars attended

6.      Photocopy of Board Rating/CS Eligibility (Authenticated) (if any)

7.      Photocopy of certificate of Previous Employment (If any)

8.      Copy of duly signed IPCR/Summary of Ratings (for insider only)
