Job Description

We wish to inform you that the DSWD - National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the following vacant Contract of Service (COS) positions in Pantawid Pamilya Pamilya Pilipino Program.



Position Title                :           Child Welfare Assistant

Place of Assignment   :           Pantawid Pamilya

Number of vacancy    :          Seven (7)

Salary Grade              :           8 (Php 18,480.07)

Item Number               :           Contract of Service

Location                      :           Regional / Field Office

Report to                     :           Social Welfare Officer IV / Area Coordinator

Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)


Education                    :            Completion of two (2) years studies in College


   Experience                  :           One (1) year relevant work experience


Training                       :            Four (4) hours relevant training


Preferred Qualifications Standards (Competency – Based)


·         Computer literate with skills in Basics MS Office applications

·         Proficient in oral and written English Communication

·         Preferable has background in working with Homeless Street Families/itinerants IPs
