Job Description

Job Summary:

Under direction,provides technical services in areas of policy formulation,strategies and operational planning and does related work.

 

 Primary Task: 

 

  • Provides secretariat support to policy and planning;
  • drafts, enhances, edits technical position papers and speeches;
  • provides technical assistance. 

 


Core Function:


 

  • Monitoring of report on the updates regarding LGUs Action Plans as to mainstrainging of Social
  • Provides technical assistance in the formulation and development of Regional Plans 
  • Coordinates and finalizes timetable program implementation with other division/units
  • Reviews and Provides inputs to the Quarterly Physical Accomplishment Reports as input to Budget Accountability Report (BAR) and Budget Execution Document (BED) Provides inputs to technical papers/documents of Regional SDC-SCSP, and inter Office Committees
  • Monitor the implementation of the Departments Policies as mandated by various laws, as well as the Dept’s and SWD Sectors compliance to existing laws and policy issuance at the Regional Levell 
  • Conduct FO initiated Researches
  • Participates in the BAC deliberation on Different Requirements of the Office
  • Participates in the Fact Finding Committee Deliberations
  • Assists in the submission and packaging of IPCR of the Regional Director
  • Provides Technical Assistance to other Divisions/Sections/Unit and Superiors on Program implementation/OPC/OPCR
