We wish to inform you that the DSWD - National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the following vacant Contract of Service (COS) positions in Pantawid Pamilya Pamilya Pilipino Program.
Position Title : Project Development Officer II (Caseworker)
Place of Assignment : Pantawid Pamilya
Number of vacancy : Four (4)
Salary Grade : 15 (Php 31, 403.33)

Reports to : Social Welfare Officer IV / Area Coordinator
Area of Assignment : Operation Office 1 Manila District 3; Operation Office 2 Manila
District 2; Operation Office 7 Navotas and Operation Office 9
Munitinlupa
Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Registered Social Work is
an advantage
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience in case management and working with homeless street families/itinerants Indigenous People
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training preferably in social case
management
Preferred Qualifications Standards (Competency – Based)
· Computer literate
· Proficient in oral and written English Communication
Knowledgeable in social case management, group work and community organizing
