Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD - National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the following vacant Contract of Service (COS) positions in Pantawid Pamilya Pamilya Pilipino Program.
Position Title : Project Development Officer II (Deputy Gender and
Development)
Place of Assignment : Pantawid Pamilya
Number of vacancy : One (1)
Salary Grade : 15 (Php 31, 321.50)
Item Number : Contract of Service
Location : Regional / Field Office
Reports to : Regional Program Coordinator of Pantawid Pamilya
Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Experience : One (1) year relevant work experience
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training
Preferred Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Experience : One (1) year progressive work experience in Social Development
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training along Basic Gender Sensitivity
Training. But in the absence of such, familiarity or exposure to
Women’s and gender issues may be considered in lieu of this
requirement.
