Salary/ Job/ Pay Grade: 24 

Monthly Salary: Php 73,299.00

Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor of Science in Social Worker with Master\'s degree OR Certificate in Leadership & Management from CSC

Training: 40 hours of supervisory / management learning & development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years

Experience: 4 years of supervisory / management experience

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Social Worker)

Competency (if applicable): Oversees, plans, directs and supervises the division, centers and units in the provision of technical assistance, monitoring and evaluation to devolved and retained workers, LGUs, NGOs and POS in the implementation of social Welfare and Development programs and services; recommends training programs, strategies / approaches for more effective implementation.

Place of Assignment: With in Region VI
