 FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop a regional monitoring tool;

2. Maintains databank of cases being monitored;

3. Monitor the turn-around time of the issuance of CDCLAA;

4. Provide technical assistance in the implementation of the domestic adoption program and compliance to ICAB requirements;

5. Monitor and follow-up completion of adoption of the child through ICAB;

6. Contribute to the development of new strategies / technologies / enhancement of existing policies;

7. Conduct regular information and educational campaigns;

8. Conduct Case Conferences;

9. Documentation of good practices

10. Serves as secretariat of the Regional Child Welfare Specialist Group (RCWSG); and

11. Perform other related task that may be assigned.
